The AA Collections series of talks hosted by AA Membership sought to explore the fascinating past of extraordinary AA Alumni with a focus on the artefacts in possession of the AA Photo library, Library & Archives. They proved to be incredibly popular, with one talk by Manolis Stravakis leading to a tour of Michael Ventris' modernist house in Hampstead. The talks were:

Researching a Life in Education and Architecture. Mary Medd 1907-2005 by Dr Catherine Burke
Michael Ventris. How did the architect decipher the script? By AA PhD candidate Manolis Stravakis
Eric de Maré: Photography framing architecture by Dr Andrew Higgott

The AA Collections series will continue next year, with lectures planned on FR Yerbury, Alvin Boyarsky & Cedric Price.
