The 4D construction farm grows crops for building components & reinvents disused infrastructure into a participatory network of local manufacturing & urban farming. High starch crops grown on top of the viaduct are processed into bio plastic which is used as the production material for low cost 3D printers. The 3D printers can replicate their own parts and increase the manufacturing capabilities. Variable components of canopies and space frames would be fabricated by different groups of people who could use the system in varying ways. The farm would establish itself over time and change in relation to happenings and events.
