We are looking at the territory of Scheldt, where is contested, muddy and difficult to understand where things are. The projects is to rework the relationship between public and land by bring the procedure of science back to the city, Antwerp. The people constantly reshaped by not only cultural agents but also things, model and the science are the new public for the independence of Flanders, to project the public beyond the nationalism. The entrance of model as new power of the Scheldt is the event of the new glory.
