What:
The dancer on the podium and the dress has two positions. One is blown from beneath and from the side. The dance is a repetition of a limited numbers of movements.

30 sec blown, 30 sec air sucked. In correlation with the traffic light projection from each city we are.

Materials and size:
Fire resistant transparent nylon. Pieces of unknown material fly inside when the fan blows and make a slight sound. Wind blower and a net podium.
Comments:
The dancer is fixed to the podium but he has a repetition of movements. The change in movements occur when the wind blows. one character with two modes of action.
