My project explores the social and experiential implications of inhabiting organisational strategy that allows for the creation of visual and physical connections between an elevated community. Through the opening up of private spaces and the sharing of infrastructure and programs, I am aiming to generate an alternative for the vertical environment.
The aim is to explore and speculate the possibilities of an elevated neighbourhood that opens up the previously dissociated interior conditions to the external environment as well as the inhabitants to one another. I believe that there is a certain value in the opening up of communities, and raising awareness of the everyday. Allowing people a glimpse of each others interests, passions and livelihoods.
