As we all know architecture has always evolved along technological inventions. From a mainly material production towards an immaterial one, these evolutions have many consequences in our day to day environment, and one dramatically stands out today, Architecture has stopped communicating.

While many believe that the digital world reaches a wider public I will argue that it actually creates the very opposite, the disappearance of audience.

Therefore the project restates the importance of materiality and sees it as the only way to build up a new audience.

Smashing the Unbuilt

In order to restate materiality we must first look backwards into history, and there is no better history to enter than one that purely exist on paper: Unbuilt Architecture.
It is by inserting ourselves into history that we discover that although paper architecture wishes to oscillate between idea and matter, it always relays on ideas.
