The New Archipelagos of London is a new city typology aggregated by modular constructions. It defines an entire new datum above the dock water level as an ‘open plan’ for multiple R&D enterprises and small start-up networks at an unprecedentedly extensive scale. London’s most prominent historical industrial legacy - The Dock Water provides an appealing space for both external collaborators working with the inhabited enterprises and for local residents. Synchronizing construction with changing secondary heat supply and investment funding constitutes a new strategic development.
